During her conservatory training in the United States, Vanhoozer performed in masterclasses for Leon Fleisher (at Cleveland Institute of Music) John Perry (at the Montecito Festival) and Imogen Cooper (at the Gilmore Festival.) She has appeared as a soloist with the Wheaton College Symphony Orchestra and the Lake Forest Symphony Orchestra.

In 2016 she organized and performed in a ten day tour with the Brahms' Ghost Trio in Southern California, appearing at Biola University and Westmont College among other venues. More recently, Vanhoozer has formed a music duo with flutist Laura Randall, which explores their shared passion for early music, contemporary concert music, and improvisation. The duo, Pear Tree and Partridge, made its formal debut this spring in Boston.

Vanhoozer is excited to share excerpts from her newly released debut solo piano album, which includes the complete keyboard partitas of J. S. Bach, and a newly commissioned piece by composer Josh Rodriguez, "Partita for Piano."

Education: BM at Wheaton College Conservatory, MM at Eastman School of Music, and DMA at Cleveland Institute of Music.
