Lisa Harrington: A Taste of Spain

Pianist Lisa Harrington will perform zesty bite-sized Spanish favorites by Albéniz, Granados, Turina, de Falla and Mompou – the fiery dance music of the Fandango, Farruca and Seguidillas, along with colorful travelogues from Asturias, Mallorca and Tangier.

The piano recital will be followed by a Spanish wine and charcuterie tasting with sommelier Samuel Bogue of Aatxe Restaurant. A feast for all the senses!

Dr. Harrington has performed across the country, and has given lectures and workshops for the Boulder Bach Festival and the Colorado Music Festival. She teaches piano privately and is the director of a summer program called Music FUNdamentals.
